Monitoring Israel as the Bible Prophecy unfolds…"For it is the Spirit of prophecy who bears testimony to Jesus.” Revelation 19:10
The official IDF communiqué raises questions. It does not make sense for Israeli Arrow missiles to be aimed at Syrian ground-to-air rockets fired against the Israeli warplanes. The Arrow would only be used to intercept an incoming Syrian or Hizballah ground-to-ground missile heading for a target in Israel.
That too would explain the huge blast that resounded from the eastern Jordan Valley as far as Jerusalem, 150km away in the small hours of Friday.
This explanation gained credibility from the Syrian army account: “A total of four Israeli jets breached Syrian airspace on Friday morning. They hit a “military target” near Palmyra. In retaliation the jets were targeted by Syrian anti-aircraft missiles, which shot down on Israeli plane over “occupied ground.” Following the breach of the country’s airspace, the Syrian Army warned Israel of “direct” retaliation “with all means at its disposal,”
If indeed, Syria (or Hezbollah) finally retaliated for an Israeli raid that would be a serious escalation. Syria, Iran and Hezbollah may be feeling confident in the outcome of the civil war to fight back against Israel.
“The report, found on the web site Ya Sour, quoted Hezbollah sources saying the group intends to fire long-range projectiles at the Jewish state from the Qalamoun and Anti-Lebanon Mountain ranges, areas firmly under the Shiite group’s control on both the Syrian and Lebanese sides of the border.
There is reason to suspect that Hezbollah has indeed built up a missile arsenal in those areas, particularly as the city of Baalbek, the heartland of its Beqaa Valley stronghold, lies nearby. Israeli airstrikes against the group in Syria have been concentrated in Qalamoun. Moreover, a spokesman for the opposition’s Syrian National Salvation Front, named Fahd al-Masri, said in Dec. 2016 that Hezbollah was nearing completion of a tunnel in the Zabadani valley linking these two areas. Hezbollah seeks to facilitate the transfer of weapons and “reinforce its presence in the strategically important areas” in the western Damascus countryside, which includes Qalamoun, according to al-Masri.”
I think we are entering a new phase of the shadow conflict already brewing between Israel and her enemies. Things could be getting very interesting over the next few months.
“Directive from anti-traditional-family group calls on preschools to refrain from references to ‘mom and dad’.”
Reading this article I felt sick to my stomach. This is terrible. LGBT activist groups are allowed to target children this way. They seek to confuse children and deceive them into accepting ungodly teachings. Look at what Jesus says about these LGBT groups:
“But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea.” Mat 18:6
“The US has heavily ramped up its air strikes against Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), US officials said Monday. The Islamist terrorists have taken advantage of Yemen’s civil war turmoil to establish themselves in key urban areas. US Ambassador to Yemen Matthew Tueller said that Washington is currently carrying out a vigorous campaign on Al Qaeda and ISIS in Yemen, aiming at destroying these two terrorist organizations. Since the beginning of the Trump residency, the number of US air strikes mainly with drones has outstripped the number conducted in the whole of 2016”
“Hizballah’s latest round of threats against Israel reached a new peak Thursday, March 2, with the release of a videotape claiming to expose nine locations allegedly tied to the production and assembly of Israel’s nuclear weapons, DEBKAfile reports. The Lebanese Shiite terror organization said it possessed precise missiles for wiping out Israel’s nuclear infrastructure and attached addresses to all its targets.”
“Iran is likely to go on an international shopping spree for surface warships, submarines and anti-ship missiles after the expiration in 2020 of a United Nations resolution prohibiting it from acquiring sophisticated weapons, according to the U.S. Office of Naval Intelligence.”
Iran has plenty of cash now because of the Iran deal. I think everyone knew this was going to happen except for Ben Rhodes.
“The Israel Defense Forces attacked two Hamas positions in the Gaza Strip with artillery fire and airstrikes on Thursday in retaliation to rockets fired from the Strip on Wednesday.
Earlier on Thursday, shots were fired at IDF forces carrying out routine activities on the border with the Gaza Strip, an army engineering vehicle was reportedly hit by gunfire according to the Times of Israel, but no injuries have been reported. A statement from the IDF said that a hit was confirmed.”
After electing a new hard line leader it appears Hamas is escalating tensions in the south.
“Hamas leaders: Your efforts to hide your cooperation with Islamic State’s smuggling from Sinai, through lies and manipulation in attempts to broadcast ‘business as usual’ with Egypt, are not hidden from our view,” the head of the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories unit wrote in Arabic on Facebook.”
“Hizbullah has completed the process of usurping the Lebanese state and its institutions. The election of Michel Aoun as president, through a forced arrangement with Hizbullah, has fulfilled the Iranian vision of controlling Lebanon without changing the power equation that has prevailed there since the National Pact of 1943. That historic unwritten agreement divided political power among the Lebanese communities and stipulated that the president would be a Maronite Christian, the prime minister a Sunni, and the speaker of the parliament a Shiite.”
Now if Western countries could please stop arming the Lebanese Army that would be great.
“The comments by Salah Zawawi were made in a Feb. 20 interview on Iran-backed Hizbullah’s Al-Manar TV and were translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI).
Zawawi decried the “100-year-old Western enterprise,” which he claimed seeks to establish a “Greater Israel” in order to “control disintegrated Arab and Islamic countries, and indeed, this is happening today in our Islamic world.”
Peace just not possible with evil.
“Q. In response to the recent inquiry concerning Ezekiel 38 timing you quote Ezekiel “from that day forward Israel will know I am the Lord”. However, shortly after that, Israel will turn and worship the anti-christ. That doesn’t look like “from that day forward”. Am I misinterpreting here?
A. According to Matt. 24:15, when the anti-Christ is revealed, believing Jews are to rush into the mountains for protection. In Rev. 12:14 this same scene is symbolized by the woman (Israel) being carried away on the wings of a great eagle to the place prepared for her in the desert. There she will be taken care of for 3 1/2 years, the duration of the Great Tribulation.
It’s those Jews who haven’t opened their eyes to the real Messiah who are fooled into thinking that the anti-Christ is their Messiah. The true believers all flee for their lives as God has commanded.”
“Q. While the prophets were 100% accurate when predicting the Messiah’s first advent and the situations surrounding it, the people of the day were more than likely thinking that the event and the Man and the circumstances were not much like they were described to be by the saints of old. By the same token, why are we to believe that the circumstances surrounding the second advent are going to be anything different?
A. You say the people likely thought things were not much like the prophets described. How could that be? In Psalm 22 David described a crucifixion hundreds of years before it was used as a method of execution including what it feels like, the words Jesus spoke from the cross, and what the soldiers did with His clothing. In Isaiah 53 His life and death were described in detail right down to His burial place. In Micah 5:2 the place of His birth was revealed. In Daniel 9:24-26 the day of His execution was given. In Zechariah 9:9 His entry into Jerusalem was described, and Zechariah 11:12-13 tells us how much the priests paid for His betrayal and who the money ultimately went to. There are many more examples, and all of them were part of the public record hundreds of years before the fact.
The problem was not that events were perceived as being different from what the prophets described. The problem was that people no longer believed in the prophecies, didn’t know what they said, and therefore didn’t know what to look for. In that sense, the 2nd Coming will be the same. The prophets have described in detail how it will happen, but the world no longer believes in the prophecies, doesn’t know what they say, and won’t know what to look for.”
Been a while since I posted anything from Grace Thru Faith.com. Welcome Back!
“The report implies that deradicalization, either in specialized centers or in prisons, does not work because most Islamic radicals do not want to be deradicalized.”
Another epic fail in Europe.
“Forty years after the Swedish parliament unanimously decided to change the formerly homogenous Sweden into a multicultural country, violent crime has increased by 300% and rapes by 1,472%. Sweden is now number two on the list of rape countries, surpassed only by Lesotho in Southern Africa.”
Sweden is now the rape capitol in Europe. Why, because rape is acceptable in an Islamic society. Sweden is quickly becoming a Muslim nation. Trump was right. Very sad.
“ISIS jihadists continue targeting Christians in Egypt’s volatile Northern Sinai region, resulting in brutal murders.”
“The Israel Air Force has reportedly struck a Hezbollah weapons shipment in Syria overnight.”
“Eisenkot asserts Nasrallah’s recent threats to fire rockets at sensitive facilities in Haifa and Dimona are merely meant to create deterrence and maintain the status quo with Israel while his organization was deep in crisis over its involvement in Syria.”
“Yet another, much longer-range system under evaluation by the IDF and approved foreign militaries is the IMI Predator Hawk, a 5-meter-long precision rocket designed to carry warheads of up to 200 kilograms at distances of 300 kilometers. “This weapon will deliver precision lethality very deep into enemy territory,” Reiter said.”
“Controlling “exactly what people think” is the job of the media, MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski boldly declared Wednesday morning.
While discussing President Trump’s entreaties to the American people to remain skeptical of the press, Bzezinski worried that if the economy turns south, Americans may end up trusting him over the media. “And it could be that while unemployment and the economy worsens, he could have undermined the messaging so much that he can actually control exactly what people think,” Brzezinski said. “And that, that is our job.”
Think what you will about Trump but he has exposed the media for what it is. Mind control. They are not even trying to hide it anymore. They are openly stating what they are trying to do to the American people. Are they an ‘enemy’? Yes I would think so.
Audio kinda sucks here though. Did not see this statement at all on the MSM networks.
“Members killed by drone were planning a rocket attack at Israel, ISIS-aligned news agency reports.”
“No injury or damage caused by the projectiles, which land near Gaza; incoming missile alert system doesn’t go off.”
Low-level war starting to emerge between ISIS and Israel.
“The ISIS branch in the Golan has expanded its control in the coastal region of the Yarmuch, which is in the tri-border area of Israel, Syria and Jordan.
According to the report by the Amaq News Agency, which is identified with the terror organization, the Khalid ibn al-Walid army attacked the rebel factions in the area and captured four more villages and a strategically located hill in the south of the Golan.”
“In an impassioned address Friday, Pope Francis denied the existence of Islamic terrorism, while simultaneously asserting that “the ecological crisis is real.”
Does anyone know what planet or reality the Pope is living on? Drop the attempted Jedi mind trick. People are not that stupid. Pope Francis you have lost credibility as a man of Jesus Christ.
“Perhaps the pontiff thinks that these ingratiating statements will ultimately lead to a reciprocal Islamic initiative to reach out to Christian leaders. Maybe he believes that by soft-pedaling the problem of anti-Christian hatred fostered by jihadists, peace-loving Muslims will then ultimately assert themselves. Perhaps he hopes that these “good Muslims” will then pressure extremists to moderate their views. Nonetheless, Francis remains, for the moment, apparently aligned with those political leaders in the West, most of whom refuse to call out what everyone sees done every day in the name of Islam.”
“Angela Merkel claims that the European Union still has a “responsibility” to take in more so-called refugees, and pleaded to Islamic governments to help convince people that terrorism has nothing to do with Islam.”
Again…. Jedi mind trick. She sounds just like the Pope. They must have the same propaganda coordinators. Does anyone see a pattern here?
“Launching the new Arabic, Hebrew and English website of the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) — the Defense Ministry body that acts as liaison between Israel and the Palestinian territories — Liberman offered economic growth and prosperity for the residents of Gaza if they would only end the violence against Israel.
“The moment Hamas gives up on tunnels and rockets, we will be the first ones to invest and build [Gaza’s residents] a seaport, an airport, and industrial zones by the Kerem Shalom and Erez crossings,” Liberman said. “We are able to immediately create about 40,000 jobs for the residents of Gaza.”
This is typical of Palestinians. Instead of doing what is good for their people they choose the path of violence and hate. This is why the conflict continues. Nothing to do with settlement building.
“Russian-made Yakhont would give Lebanese terror group the ability to strike Israeli gas platforms and ships in the Mediterranean.”
“DEBKAfile’s military sources report that the southern Syrian town of Daraa is suffering the heaviest Russian air strikes hitherto in that country. They are aimed at driving a pro-Jordanian Syrian rebel forces out of the Manshiya district, which dominates the town and commands the Syrian-Jordanian border passes. It is feared in Amman that the Russian bombardment may send a fresh wave of Syrian refugees to the border clamoring for entry.”
