Articles of the Day 7/24/14: Eliminating Hamas Man Power

Israel-Hamas Conflict 2014

Warning Call to Wafa Hospital Before IDF Targets Site

It is important to understand that IDF soldiers are putting their lives at greater risk when they take the time to warn civilians before they attack. The warning provides Hamas the opportunity to escape and fight another day. Still the IDF does this because International law requires them too. Does Hamas abide by International law? No they do not. Then why does the UN accuse the IDF of war crimes and not even condemn Hamas?

150 Palestinians surrender to IDF in Gaza

hamas surrender

“Dozens of Palestinian terror operatives, most of whom were said to be members of Hamas, surrendered Wednesday to IDF soldiers during raids in the southern Gaza Strip cities of Rafah and Khan Yunis.”

I think this is the key. Eliminating Hamas man power. They needs people to launch rockets and launch terror attacks. If they don’t have the people they can’t launch the attacks. One thing Hamas does not have is an abundance of soldiers.

IDF Destroys 31 Terror Tunnels; 15 Terrorists Eliminated

“Significant developments overnight as Operation Protective Edge enters its seventeenth day.”

Liberman: UNHRC is the Council for Terrorist Rights

“Foreign Minister slams United Nations Human Rights Council over its intention to investigate the IDF’s operations in Gaza.”

It is quite astounding to see the UN become such a major supporter of Hamas and terror in general. How very corrupt the UN has become.

Missiles AGAIN Found in UN School in Gaza

“Not once, but twice have United Nations inspectors found terrorist missiles stored in a school run by the UN Relief & Works Agency (UNRWA) in the Gaza Strip during the course of the current conflict.”

UN chief: ‘Those responsible turn schools to potential military targets, endanger lives of innocent children

“UNITED NATIONS – UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon expressed alarm on Wednesday that 20 rockets found hidden in a United Nations school in the Gaza Strip had gone missing and directed the world body to deploy experts to deal with the situation. Ban “expresses his outrage and regret at the placing of weapons in a UN-administered school,” a United Nations statement said.”

How about an apology to the Israeli people for supporting terror against them?

Rockets found at UN Gaza school ‘have gone missing’

“Ban Ki-moon expresses shock at the disappearance of the weapons, demands full review of incidents.”

How convenient. The rockets were discovered and then they go missing. Almost like Hamas came and picked them up like they eggs. This is a real scandal the UN is participating in war crimes against the Israeli people.

Was a Senior Level Hamas Member Killed in Gaza?

“While the Shin Bet announced hitting four commanders of the Islamic Jihad, in Gaza there were reports that a Hamas commander in Khan Younnis was injured and perhaps even killed. Nevertheless, there is still no confirmation for the rumors circulating in the Gaza Strip.”

Just a rumor, no confirmation yet.

Hamas leader turns down unconditional truce

“Khaled Meshaal, Hamas’ politburo chief, said in Qatar Wednesday that he would accept a truce in the Gaza war only on Hamas’ terms.”

Hamas proves again it exists only to make war.

European Carriers Extend Flight Ban to Israel

“Host of European airlines, Turkish air follow FAA lead in banning flights to Israel out of ‘safety concerns.'”

US and EU pressure will not work on Israel. Imagine if the US pressured Britain like this during WWII? How morally corrupt the US and EU have become since then.

Why the flight cancellations are such a blow to Israel

“The FAA ban not only harms the economy, it is also an affront to citizens’ sense of normalcy.”

The US handed Hamas a nice little victory here. FAA=terror enabler.

Hamas Claims Suspended Flights to Israel as a ‘Great Victory’

“Islamist terrorist group celebrates ‘victory’ as some airlines suspend travel through Ben Gurion airport due to rocket fire.”

Israel’s stick and carrot approach in Gaza

“The head of the Hamas political bureau, Khaled Mashal, is the one who is calling the shots at the moment and even the heads the organization’s military wing are obeying him. Sitting in his luxury hotel in Qatar, he does not feel under pressure nor does he feel the suffering of the Gaza people. Therefore, he is the one setting the conditions for a ceasefire, and is demanding real achievements for merely agreeing to a ceasefire before the negotiations begin. And unfortunately, Mashal is getting a backwind of support from the Gaza Strip.”

Hamas’s Attack Tunnels: Analysis and Initial Implications

“Ismail Haniyeh, the Hamas prime minister, delivered a revealing speech on March 23, 2014, in which he stressed the strategic importance of the Hamas attack tunnels, which, he argued, have changed the balance of power with Israel, when taken together with his organization’s military build-up. In the meantime, the IDF’s war against the tunnels continues. On Monday IDF forces thwarted another terror attack after two groups of Hamas operatives (numbering about ten) infiltrated from Gaza to Israel through a tunnel, apparently on their way to carry out a mass casualty attack at Kibbutz Erez and/or Kibbutz Nir Am.”

Private jets, restaurants, luxury hotels: the good life of senior Hamas officials

Hamas luxery 7-24-14

“As reported recently in Ynet, Hamas has millions in assets, and it seems that the wealth extends to day-to-day life as well as investments and fat bank accounts. For them, life is about private jets and luxury, not war planes and hunger.”

Egypt Thwarted a Double Terrorist Attack near Kerem Shalom

“Egyptian security forces reported that they seized a vehicle coming to the border area that was loaded with rockets. At the same time, they captured a terrorist with an armed explosive belt trying to infiltrate into Israel via Rafah. Searches continue within the area.”

Egypt, for their own reasons, are enemies of Hamas. This makes this round of fighting a unique opportunity for Israel.

British Commander: IDF Most Moral Army World Has Ever Known

“No other army in the world has ever done more than Israel is doing now to save the lives of innocent civilians in a combat zone,” Kemp said in an interview with Channel 2 News, adding that when world leaders demand Israel do more, “perhaps Israel should ask what more it can do.”

This is how we fight the monsters

“I wish I could tell my kids that everything will be OK, I wish I could shine a flashlight around the room and hug and kiss a promise that they’re safe. But the straight up fact of it all is they aren’t safe, as the night before showed us when a rocket landed literally a five minute walk from our front door.”

A “humanitarian” ceasefire would give Hamas time to find answers for Israeli Chariot-4’s Windbreaker armor

“Thursday, July 24, the 17th day of the IDF’s Gaza operation, Israeli ministers were discussing a possible “humanitarian ceasefire” in IDF-Hamas hostilities, which could last up to five days. According to DEBKAfile’s military sources, it is Hamas which, behind its tough stance, is keen on a pause – and not just out of sudden concern for Gaza’s civilians. Its tacticians are desperate to find a chink in the Chariot-4 tank’s Armored Shield Protection-Active Trophy missile defense system, known as the Windbreaker. The 401st armored brigade is the only IDF unit with this armor.”

Hamas’s Absurd War against Israel

“What we are witnessing is Israel engaged in a struggle against Hamas, against Palestinians, against Arabs, against Muslims, and against an expanding body of opinion in the West that is less and less inhibited from displaying the rancid anti-Semitism behind its support for those who openly call for another Holocaust for the Jews.”

Sunni-Shiite Civil War

Iraq Situation Report: July 23, 2014

Isis Smuggling $50m of Oil Monthly to fund Medieval Caliphate in Iraq and Syria

“The Islamic State, which reportedly generates $50m (£25m) a month in oil operations in neighbouring Syria, has expanded its oil business in Iraq to fund its recently declared ‘caliphate.'”

The Sunni-Shia Divide

“An ancient religious divide is helping fuel a resurgence of conflicts in the Middle East and Muslim countries. Struggles between Sunni and Shia forces have fed a Syrian civil war that threatens to transform the map of the Middle East, spurred violence that is fracturing Iraq, and widened fissures in a number of tense Gulf countries. Growing sectarian clashes have also sparked a revival of transnational jihadi networks that poses a threat beyond the region.”

Iraq prison convoy ambush kills 60 as UN chief visits

“Baghdad (AFP) – An onslaught on a convoy transferring inmates north of Baghdad left dozens dead Thursday, as visiting UN chief Ban Ki-moon said Iraq’s survival hinged on a more inclusive government. Most of the 60 killed in the spectacular pre-dawn ambush were prisoners convicted of terrorism charges being transferred from Taji prison, barely 25 kilometres (15 miles) north of the capital.”

Isis ‘Orders Female Genital Mutilation’ For Women In Mosul

“The UN says militant Islamist group Isis has ordered all women and girls in Mosul, northern Iraq, to undergo female genital mutilation (FGM).”

I am surprised the UN is not helping them do it.

Krauthammer Stands Up Against The Islamic Persecution Of Christians, Says “Where Is The President? He Talked About How Disrespectful We Were To Muslims… Where Is He Standing Up For The Christian Minorities”

“Obama is talking about how rude we have been against Muslims, but he has done a thing about the persecution of Christians going on in the Sudan, Egypt, Iraq, Syria, and Nigeria. This is what Krauthammer has expressed recently,….”

Obadiah And Gaza

“Q. I wonder if the current situation in Israel and the Gaza Strip is the beginning of Obadiah’s prophetic book? Could this escalate to be the Obadiah prophecy?

A. The first part of the Book of Obadiah was a prophecy against the Edomites who were driven out of their capital (Petra) by the Nabateans, a Bedouin people descended from Ishmael. They came on the scene after the Babylonians conquered Judah and the surrounding nations and remained until they were absorbed by the Roman Empire in the first century AD. The Lord said he was bringing them against the Edomites because they stood by rejoicing while Judah was destroyed and even supported the Babylonians against them (Obadiah 1:10-14).”

The Chronology Of End Times Events

“Q. I have recently discovered your web site and thank you for it. Your answers to readers questions are most helpful. Is there somewhere where we can see a list in chronological order for things to come according to God’s plan?

A. Here is my view on how end times events will unfold. Two of them have already happened. Israel has become a nation again and the City of Jerusalem in back in Jewish hands.

Next will come the battles of Isaiah 17 and Psalm 83. They could either precede of follow the rapture of the Church, no one knows for sure. Shortly after the rapture, the Battle of Ezekiel 38-39, will take place. Then Daniel’s 70th week (the last seven years of this Age) will commence. A Temple will be built in Israel soon thereafter as the Jewish people return in mass to their covenant with God. (Ezekiel 39:22,28 & Daniel 9:27)

In the middle of this seven year period the anti-Christ will officially reveal himself by standing in the Holy Place proclaiming that he’s God. (Dan. 9:27 & 2 Thes. 2:4) This will kick off the Great Tribulation, the worst period of warfare and suffering ever visited upon mankind. (Matt. 24:21-22) At its end, the Lord Jesus will emerge victorious and return to establish His 1000 year reign of peace. (Matt. 24:30) His Church will return with Him having taken up residence in the New Jerusalem. (Rev. 17:14 & 21)

On Earth, Israel will become a land of peace and prosperity for the Jewish people (Isaiah 65:17-25) and believing survivors of the Great Tribulation will begin re-populating the rest of the planet (Matt. 25:34). At the end of the 1000 years, the unsaved dead will be resurrected to receive their judgment, and Satan will finally be permanently disposed of. (Rev. 20:7-15) Following this Eternity begins.”
