Articles of the Day 7/31/14: God Is Exposing the UN

Israel-Hamas Conflict 2014

Erdogan Accuses Israel of ‘Hitler-Like Fascism’

“Turkish prime minister keeps up hysterical anti-Israel rhetoric, says Israel ‘keeping Hitler’s spirit alive’ through Gaza operation.”

Israel’s next enemy.

Turkish ‘Humanitarian Aid’ to Gaza: Ball-Bearings, Cement Mixers

“Is Turkey supporting war against Israel? Customs officials seize ‘humanitarian’ aid, fear suspicious cargo destined for Hamas.”

When Iran, Turkey, and Qartar become frustrated with their proxies (Hezbollah and Hamas) they will resort to open warfare with Israel.

Two people injured by rocket in Kiryat Gath

“Tel Aviv, Kiryat Gath, Ashkelon, Shear Hanegev and Eshkol District came under Palestinian rocket fire Thursday evening. Two people were injured, one seriously by a direct hit to their home in Kiryat Gath. Large rocket fragments landed in Tel Aviv after Iron Dome intercepted two.”

Citizens of Northern Israeli Villages are Worried about Underground Tunnels: “We can hear Underground Digging Sounds.”

“Since the beginning of operation “Protective Edge”, the main goal of which is to release population from the threat of the Terror Tunnels of Gaza, the fear of underground tunnels resurfaces in Israeli villages near the Israeli border with Lebanon. “I have been hearing underground digging noises for two years, the house keeps moving and trembling, it’s scary,” said Zari’t resident. “What we have been imagining all this time might turn into a reality,” the residents of Kibbutz Malkiya warn.”

“The terrorist is between you and me” Documentation: Givati Brigade force in an encounter in Gaza

“A Givati Brigade force encounters a terrorist inside Gaza documenting the entire incident which ended with his termination.”

Watch: IDF Forces Kill Terrorist in Underground Battle

“As the battle with terrorist groups in Gaza continues to rage, IDF forces have taken the fight to Hamas in its vast network of underground tunnels, many of which lead into Israeli territory for attacks against both military and civilian targets. On Thursday, the military released footage from an underground gun battle, in which soldiers from the IDF’s Givati Brigade killed at least one terrorist.”

Tunnels are great for mounting surprise attacks against unsuspecting civilians. Not so good when trained soldiers hold either end of the tunnel however.

Qatari tech helps Hamas in tunnels, rockets: Expert

“Doha aiding Gaza terrorists in building sophisticated cyber-system to attack Israel — above and below ground.”

Canada blames Hamas for Gaza dead

“Ottawa (AFP) – Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper on Wednesday blamed Hamas for the heavy loss of civilian life caused by Israel’s deadly strikes on the Gaza Strip.”

Analysis: The hidden picture in Gaza

“Dominant view in the Israeli defense establishment is that Hamas is managing conflict from a position of weakness, which has become more acute in recent days.”

“In recent days, Hamas members seized UN food coupons and prevented Gazan civilians from receiving the aid, in order to try and keep field cell members fed. The Islamist regime refuses to publish most of the names of its members who were killed fighting the IDF, and disposes of their bodies quickly, to avoid harming morale. It has tried to ban Gazan civilians from giving interviews to the foreign press during humanitarian truces.”

Excellent article. Must read.

Israel: 10 percent of Hamas rockets misfired, landed in Gaza Strip

“The military has asserted that nearly 300 rockets fired by Hamas and its Palestinian militia allies landed in the Gaza Strip. In at least one case, a medium-range M-75, based on Iran’s Fajr-5 rocket, exploded during launch. The rocket contains a conventional warhead of at least 100 kilograms and at least seven Palestinians were killed.”

I would wager a good percentage of the Palestinian causalities are their own fault.

Hamas chief weapons developer killed by Israeli air strike

“Military sources said Ismail Akluk was killed in an Israel Air Force strike on July 25 in the Gaza Strip.”

How the UN was perverted into a weapon against Israel

UNRWA new logo

“The United Nations Human Rights Council has voted to create an “independent international commission of inquiry to investigate all violations of international humanitarian law and international human-rights law” in the current war in Gaza. Well, actually, not all violations. Only those attributable to Israel — as the resolution makes quite explicit.”

The UN should be investigated not Israel. God knows exactly what the UN is doing and it is being exposed.

United Nations’ Double Standards Laid Bare

“Nothing is more shameful than attacking sleeping children,” said UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon after 16 people were killed in the school. “I condemn this attack in the strongest possible terms.”

Actually, there are several things more shameful.

Violating the Fourth Geneva Convention by using a school as cover for attacks on Israel is more shameful (rockets had been fired at Israel from next to the school in question);

Housing civilians in a UN school after not one, not two, but three similar schools were found to be used as Hamas weapons depots is more shameful (UN facilities had clearly been compromised by that point); and

Accusing Israel of violating international law when, in fact, Article 28 of the Fourth Geneva Convention specifically states that “the presence of a protected person may not be used to render certain points or areas immune from military operations” is more shameful.”

Militants ‘blow up UNRWA clinic,’ killing 3 soldiers

“Three IDF soldiers were killed Wednesday morning in Gaza in an explosion at a booby-trapped UNRWA health clinic that housed a tunnel entry shaft, the IDF’s Gaza Division commander, Brig. Gen. Micky Edelstein, said in a briefing.”

ROS-LEHTINEN: Congress must counter efforts to delegitimize Israel

“Every nation has the right and the obligation to defend itself and its citizens against unwarranted and unprovoked attacks. If the United States were being hit with rockets from our neighbors, we would expect the president to respond appropriately to defend us. Yet there is this double standard when it comes to Israel. When Israel is attacked, it’s Israel that is met with international opprobrium.”

Why is there a double standard? It is because the world is corrupt and it hates God, therefore it also hates God’s people. Israel is made up of  God’s chosen people that is why.

The ‘something worse than Hamas’ myth

“Israelis, Egyptians, Saudis and moderate Palestinians are united as never before in their desire to see Gaza freed from Hamas’s rule.”

Kerry Trying To Save Hamas, Restore Muslim Brotherhood

“The Americans mistakenly think that moderate political Islam, which is represented by the Muslim Brotherhood, will be able to combat radical Islam. The Americans are trying to bring the Muslim Brotherhood back to the region.” — Palestinian official, Ramallah.”

The Obama Administration is on the wrong side of God and history.

Hamas commander Mohammad Deif: There will be no cease-fire, victory will be ours

“Reclusive Commander of Hamas military wing, Mohammad Deif resurfaces to declare that Hamas does not agree to a cease-fire shortly after IDF bombs his home.”

All 45 Christian Institutions in Mosul Destroyed or Occupied By ISIS

“(AINA) — Since taking over Mosul on June 10, ISIS has destroyed, occupied, converted to mosques, converted to ISIS headquarters or shuttered all 45 Christian institutions in Mosul.”

What does Bible say about the future of Gaza?

“As the focus of the world is now fixed on the Gaza Strip, students of the Bible would do well to stop to consider what the ancient Hebrew prophets had to say about the future of this little piece of land. Let’s consider a few passages. First, according to the Scriptures, the return of Jesus and the subsequent judgment will largely revolve around what the prophet Isaiah referred to as, “the legal cause,” or “the controversy of Zion”
