Articles of the Day 7/20/15: Judgement is coming!
Why is judgement coming? The persecution of Israel, the killing of unborn children, embracing sin like homosexuality. The list goes on longer and these are just the trends this week. Please repent, the world is lost, too far gone. It is now a matter of you saving yourself and who gets left behind.
Inner Ring (Countries or terror groups that border Israel)
“51% of Israeli Jews say the government should retake Gaza and rebuild the Jewish communities evicted from there ten years ago.”
“Arrest of Hamas operatives behind deadly West Bank terror attack last month highlights the cost of prisoner exchanges.”
“RIYADH (Reuters) – Saudi King Salman’s meeting on Friday with Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal was part of an effort by Riyadh to shore up Arab unity in the face of a perceived threat from Iran that it believes has become more urgent since last week’s nuclear deal.”
I think this move has more to do with Egypt then Iran. The Saudis perhaps being the middleman. Hamas likely wants to ease tensions with Cairo.
“Dual-purpose materials essential for the terrorist group’s activity are being smuggled into the Gaza Strip through the Kerem Shalom crossing.”
“The cars of five Hamas members and one Islamic Jihadist exploded in what is thought to be a terror attack implemented by ISIS supporters.”
“Terror cells planned to kidnap Israelis, shoot at cars and strike IDF checkpoints in bid to fray Jerusalem-Ramallah ties.”
Outer Ring (countries or terror groups that are close to but not bordering Israel)
“In the first ISIS attack in Turkey, an 18-yeard old female suicide bomber Monday blew hersulf up at aa municipal culture in the southeastern province of Şanlıurfa’s Suruç district near the Syrian border, killing at least 27 people and injuring more than 100. .A youth holiday camp was taking place at the center.”
On the surface, so much for the theory ISIS and Turkey were working together. I still believe some in ISIS work with Turkey intelligence. Perhaps Turkey got too close to NATO or the Kurds?

“UNITED NATIONS/DUBAI, (Reuters) – The U.N. Security Council on Monday backed Iran’s nuclear agreement with world powers but the Islamic Republic’s Revolutionary Guards attacked the resolution, underlining powerful opposition to the deal.”
“DEBKAfile: The Iran-led offensive to recover the central Iraqi town of Ramadi from ISIS is stalled on all three axes and taking heavy casualties. It was launched Saturday from three points by a combined force of the Iraqi army, Iranian Al Qods Brigades and pro-Iranian Shiite militias, and has no success so far in breaking through ISIS defense lines. Top US soldier Gen. Martin Dempsey arrived in Baghdad when the offensive was launched.”
“Three scenarios of attack seem possible:
Aerial: Airplanes crossed international boundaries and dropped bombs in the 1981 Israeli attack on the Iraqi nuclear installation and in the 2007 attack on a Syrian one, making this the default assumption for Iran. Studies show this to be difficult but attainable. Alternatively, bombs can be delivered via rockets.
Special operations: These are already underway, with computer virus attacks on Iranian systems unconnected to the Internet that should be immune, assassinations of top-ranking Iranian nuclear scientists, and explosions at nuclear installations. Presumably, Israelis had a hand in at least some of these attacks and, presumably, their size and scope could be increased, possibly disrupting the entire nuclear program.
Unlike dispatching planes across several countries, special operations have the advantage of reaching places far away from Israel, like Fordo, and of leaving little or no signature.
Nuclear weapons: These doomsday weapons, which tend to be little discussed, would probably be launched from submarines. They hugely raise the stakes and so would only be resorted to if the Israelis were desperate, in the spirit of “never again.”
“Q. Re: The 144,000 of Rev. 7 and 14. If one of the groups consists of Jews, and the other represents the raptured Church, does that mean that 144,000 is the pre-determined number of Christians who will be saved & raptured before the Great Tribulation? In which case, aren’t there a lot more Christians in the world than that today? Does this mean that only a select portion of the Church will be taken in the rapture?
A. In my study of the 144,000 of Revelation 7 and 14 I wrote that both are literal numbers, though they represent different groups. In Rev. 7:4-8 we have 12,000 from each of 12 tribes of Israel living on Earth.
But in Rev. 14:1-5 we see 144,000 who have been redeemed from the earth and are standing on the heavenly Mt. Zion.
This group is but a sampling of the redeemed Church which will have been brought to heaven in the rapture. They’ll be presented as the first fruits of the harvest of souls (Rev. 14:4), just as the wave offering was the first fruits of the harvest of grain (Lev. 23:9-14).
All the grain was harvested, but only a sample was presented before the altar. So it is with the Church. The 144,000 is not meant to be the full number of the raptured Church, just a sample.”
“Q. What evidence do we have that Old Testament prophecies we believe to be Messianic in nature are also considered to be Messianic Prophecies by the Jewish people? And if our versions of them are the same what is their reasoning for not accepting Jesus?
A. The evidence that both are the same is that we both read them from the same Scripture. We call it the Old Testament.
At the time the Lord came, Israel didn’t understand that the Messiah had a two-fold purpose in coming. The first was to handle their sin problem, and the second was to establish His kingdom in Israel.
They didn’t think they had a sin problem. They thought obeying the Law was sufficient and were looking for fulfillment of the prophecies of the Kingdom. Since they didn’t accept the way He handled their sin problem, He couldn’t establish the Kingdom.
To this day they don’t understand this and the answer they most often give for their refusal to accept Jesus is that He failed to fulfill the prophecies of the Kingdom.”
“Q. I have a question regarding Revelation 4. If the 24 elders are believed to represent the raptured church, what’s the significance of the number 24?
A. While the 24 elders represent the entire Church, I don’t think their presence around the throne is meant to symbolize millions of elders sitting on thrones there. 12 is the Biblical number of government and being a multiple of twelve, 24 expresses the same thing in a higher form. It is the Biblical number associated with the heavenly government and with worship, two duties to which the Church is called.
A prophetic example of this was David’s division of the Levitical priests into 24 courses (groups) for temple service (1 Chron. 24:1-19).”
What is particularly appalling to me is the way in which several liberal denominations have rushed to accommodate the demands of a pagan society to ordain homosexuals and to approve same-sex marriage. Do the leaders of these churches really believe that God is going to bless what He has condemned?
Even a so-called Evangelical like Andy Stanley, pastor of North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, Georgia, has stated that he sees nothing wrong with forcing Christian businesses to assist with same-sex marriages! His justification for this radical stand? “Serving people we don’t see eye to eye with is the essence of Christianity.”
Well, first of all, that is not the essence of Christianity. The essence of the Christian faith is to develop a personal relationship with Jesus. And second, it is not the responsibility of Christians to aid and abet others to sin against God and His Word.”
“The Pre-Trial Chamber of the International Criminal Court, for the first time in its history, has ordered the ICC Prosecutor to pursue an investigation she has decided to close. The Chamber ruled that the Prosecutor was wrong to close the preliminary investigation into war crimes charges against Israel for crimes allegedly committed in boarding the Mavi Marmara and other vessels during the flotilla incident of 2010.”
“This selection of Israel that emanates from countless NGOs — as well as from non-transparent and unaccountable supra-national organizations such as the UN and the International Criminal Court (ICC) — is also reflected in the totally unbalanced singling out of Israel for rebuke by the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC). Last week, the U.S. ambassador to the UN, Keith Harper, protested in no uncertain terms about the fact that the UNHRC criticizes Israel more than it does all the other countries in the world combined:
We remain troubled, however, by this council’s standalone agenda item directed against Israel, and by the many repetitive and one-sided resolutions under that agenda item. None of the world’s worst human rights violators, some of whom are the object of resolutions at this session, have their own standalone agenda item at this council. Only Israel receives such treatment.”
“Is Hamas joining the United Nations? Well, not directly — at least not yet — but through the back door, unless the members of the Economic and Social Council wake up.
On Monday, the 54 member states in ECOSOC (including the United States, Germany and United Kingdom) are scheduled to take the vote on the application of Palestinian Return Centre for accreditation as a non-governmental organization in the UN system.
This campaign is led by Sudan — a notorious terror state led by Omar al-Bashir, who’s wanted for genocide. If the PRC application is granted, the group’s leaders would receive open access to UN facilities in New York, Geneva and elsewhere, as well as the right to participate in committee meetings (including at the Human Rights Council).”
“Pope Francis appealed to world leaders on Saturday to seek a new economic model to help the poor, and to shun policies that “sacrifice human lives on the altar of money and profit.”
It was the second time during his trip to South America that Francis, the first pope from the region, used a major speech to excoriate unbridled capitalism and champion the rights of the poor.”
The Pope, everyday now, seeks to undermine democracy and free countries of the world. Too bad he does not put is energy towards his faith instead Socialism. False Prophet alert!
“I can’t proclaim what the LORD will do in this instance, I can only explain what the LORD has said. His character is such that if He hated child murder in the past He hates it now. If He punished those who profane His name in the past, He will punish them now. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever; (Hebrews 13:8) He changeth not. (James 1:17, Malachi 3:6a).”
Yep, judgement is coming! Time to repent, the world is lost save your own soul!
