Inner Ring (Countries or terror groups that border Israel)
“The Palestinian Authority (PA) is responsible for one more nefarious form of incitement to attack Jews – paying large bounties to the attackers and their families. An attacker can go out to commit murder assured that if he is arrested he will receive a monthly salary; if he is killed, his family will receive a monthly pension; and if his family home is destroyed, the family will receive a very generous award to rebuild their home.
Rather than being deterred by the harsh consequence of their terrorist attack at Israel’s hand, the perpetrators are actually encouraged and incentivized by the Palestinian leadership. According to one study published by the Gatestone Institute, “Terrorists in prison receive higher average salary than PA civil servants and military personnel.”
“Hamas operatives are afraid to enter underground tunnels in the Gaza Strip fearing they will collapse, The Jerusalem Post has learned from Palestinian sources. In addition, some of the operatives digging the tunnels believe Israel was involved in at least some of the recent tunnel collapses that claimed the lives of several Hamas men.”
Israel could be behind the collapses but I think it is more likely Hamas leadership are ignoring safety during construction and then blaming Israel (as they always do) when their is an accident. Either way, this is a psychological win for Israel.
“Gaza’s terrorist rulers have as many rockets as before 2014 war, but they are of lower quality; 40,000 Gazans said involved in ‘military wing’”
All this money and resources poured into murder, violence, and terror against Israel. Hamas should be taking care of their own people instead of their obsession with death and killing civilians.
“The terror group’s cross-border tunnels represent a grave threat to Gaza-adjacent communities, but for now Israel’s military planners prefer uneasy quiet to war.”
“Israel Navy’s Squadron 916 of fast patrol boats is training for such scenarios, while patrolling Gaza’s coast, where Hamas disguises its naval units as fishing boats.”
“The Jesuit magazine America recently reported that Arab Christians are fleeing in droves from Bethlehem, the hallowed city of Jesus Christ’s birth. In 1990, Christians made up a majority of the city’s residents; today they make up only about 15%. “With thousands more fleeing the city every year,” reports America’s correspondent Jeremy Zipple, “you can’t help but wonder, will there be any Christians left here…in the not too distant future?”
Sad, where the our Lord Jesus was born Christians do not feel safe and our persecuted by Muslims.
“Unique sneak peak into Iran-proxy terror group reveals its updated arsenal and experience, and its confidence next war will be different.”
This is wishful thinking. Hezbollah has no air force and thus would not be able to retain land for very long.
Outer Ring (countries or terror groups that are close to but not bordering Israel)
“The Head of Russia’s military intelligence service, Colonel-General Igor Sergun, was killed in January during a secret mission in the Lebanon’s capital, Beirut, the Lebanese daily newspaper al-Akhbar reported Thursday. The Kremlin announced the death of Sergun on January 4, saying that he died in Moscow after a heart attack. The military intelligence chief played a key role in the Russian seizure of Crimea in March 2014, and reportedly died three weeks after he was sent to Syria by Russian President Vladimir Putin to demand Syrian President Bashar Assad step aside.
However, according to a diplomatic source in London quoted by al-Akhbar, Sergun was killed in a complicated secret mission that several Arab and Middle Eastern intelligence agencies took part it. The diplomatic source hinted that Turkey was involved in Sergun’s assassination, and claimed that Ankara’s involvement resulted in Russia’s decision to confront Turkey, which increased tensions between the states on the Syrian front.”
“For the first time in the five-year Syrian conflict, Saudi Arabia is preparing to supply Syrian rebel groups with anti-air and anti-tank missiles in an attempt to stall Russia’s military efforts to extend Bashar Assad’s days in power. Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the defense minister, is choreographing this escalated Saudi intervention in the Syrian war. He plans to arm Syrian rebels militias with missiles capable of striking the new Russian T-90 tanks, which DEBKAfile’s intelligence sources disclose were shipped directly to the Syrian army’s armed divisions in the last two weeks from the Russian Black Sea base of Novorossiysk.”
Probably too little too late to have a major impact on the Syrian war. The bigger problem is that these weapons will likely find there way into terrorist hands and be used against a civilian populations.
“AMMAN, Jordan — Jordanian security forces killed several Islamist militants during a manhunt on Tuesday that involved hundreds of troops in the northern city of Irbid, near the border with Syria, security officials said. A police officer was also killed during the operation.
Riot police officers and special forces took part in the operation, which a security official described as one of the largest sweeps against sleeper cells of sympathizers of hard-line Islamist groups in recent years.
Another security official said the troops and helicopters were deployed mainly in a Palestinian refugee camp in the heart of the city where most of the wanted fugitives were holed up.”
A film producer, who shares the ideas of Iran’s hard-line president, has produced what he says is the first film giving an Islamic view of Jesus Christ in a bid to show the common ground, he says, between Moslems and Christians. The film, Jesus the spirit of Allah, and it’s television version which will further explore the links between Jesus and the Immam Mahdi, the Moslem Messiah, who will usher in, with Jesus, a new era of peace and harmony. The film and TV version of the Islamic Jesus says that Jesus was not crucified but was taken by Allah directly into heaven to await His return with the Islamic Messiah.
Interfaithism lies. Do not believe the lies of those, like the Pope, who say Jesus was a Muslim, Jesus was a Socialist, Jesus was a Palestinian, Jesus was this or that. If you really want to know what Jesus was then please read the Bible. What Jesus was is all there. He is a our savior, our king, our creator, and our father. He died for our sins and rose again. He was a sacrifice for all of us. He is love and he lives today. Do not let unbelievers tell you what Jesus is or was.
“NGO Monitor reveals new report by church seeking to actively promote economic attack on Jewish state while downplaying Arab terror.”
One of the reasons why I stopped going to my old church which was also Presbyterian. There is something evil and corrupt happening in Presbyterian churches today. Beware and be discerning of what your church teaches you. Study the word of God yourself so you will be able to resist this corruption.
