Inner Ring (Countries or terror groups that border Israel)
“Statistics released ahead of Memorial Day; 2,576 total killed in terror since 1948.”
“Israeli business that will drill the site, which reportedly contains NIS 1.2 billion of black gold, denies Arab media reports that license lies within Palestinian territory.”
Like the land, Arabs try to steal Israeli oil.
“After escalation last week, Gazan terror group states refusal to allow IDF to operate against tunnels over border, calls for more mortar.”
“The Quartet – the international entity charged with brokering peace between Israel and the Palestinians comprised of the US, European Union, Russia, and the United Nations — will issue a new report at the end of the month that is expected to be sharply critical of the expansion of Israel’s construction in areas it acquired in the 1967 war.”
Israel should then criticize the US occupation of Texas and subsequent construction in areas acquired from the 1846-1848 Mexican-American War. The US should also relinquish all lands back to Mexico and return to pre-1846 borders. Further, the city of Houston should be recognized as the capitol of Mexico. Oh wait….that is just ridiculous isn’t it?
“As Israel prepares to celebrate its 68th birthday, the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) released a report on Monday estimating its population on the eve of Yom Ha’atzmaut at 8.522 million, up from the 860,000 residents at the time of the founding of the state.”
“While not an article or analysis, the following is an honest testimony of what I saw during my visit, without influence by any person or institution. I hope to present an alternative perspective from other Arab media outlets that I have found to exaggerate and mischaracterize the realities of Israeli life.”
“Palestinian vilify Israel yet send their relatives there for medical treatment.”
Outer Ring (countries or terror groups that are close to but not bordering Israel)
“Syrian opposition activists accused Lebanon’s Hezbollah militant group of using chemical weapons again in collaboration with the Syrian regime in rebel-held areas. Abou Mohammed Al-Assi, a member of the Free Army’s military council, did not rule out Hezbollah’s possession of chemical arms because the regime owns such weapons.”
“ISIS bombed a Syrian government building in Aleppo by detonating a large amount of explosives that it had planted in a tunnel that it dug under the building, killing more than 50 Iranian standing army troops and officers, Arab sources said.”
“The Syrian opposition claimed Sunday that the Russian army is currently establishing a military base in the historic city of Palmyra, liberated from ISIS at the end of March.”
“Turkish President accuses the international coalition battling ISIS of leaving his country to fight the jihadists alone.”
Well since Erdogan created ISIS to begin with perhaps he should clean it up alone.
“Obama’s former Middle East adviser says Israel and Arab countries are turning to Russia because of America’s weakness.”
More then weakness, there is a complete lack of interest except where it comes to Iran. The Obama administration seems to want to do the bidding of Iran…..for some reason. The argument can be made the Obama administration has done more for Iran then for Israel.
“Ben Rhodes admits the dealings behind the nuclear agreement between Iran and West were not exactly as presented to the public.”
Of course they were lying. Almost seems like he is gloating about it.
“Former Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta would “probably not” believe that President Barack Obama was serious about his promise to take action to stop Iran from building a nuclear bomb if Panetta could make his assessments over again, he conceded in a New York Times Magazine article published on Thursday.”
“Highly accurate ballistic missile has a range of 2,000 kilometers, was launched two weeks ago, Tehran general says.”
Wow, it sure is a good thing we got that ironclad nuclear deal with Iran….oh wait…uh oh…
“Israel is closer than ever to signing an agreement to export natural gas to Turkey, according to reports in the Turkish and global press and statements by Minister of National Infrastructure, Energy, and Water Resources Yuval Steinitz in an interview at the end of last week with the “Bloomberg” news agency. Turkey wants to consume half of the quantity of gas in the Leviathan gas reservoir, starting in 2020. In the second stage, gas may be transported from Turkey to Europe through a pipeline.”
Boy, God sure did turn things around on Turkey. Not quite what Erdogan had in mind. This was the last thing he wanted to do. Sucks for him.
“The Bible tells us that the Messiah had to be like Moses, in Deut 18:18. That’s why the Messiah must DESCEND TWICE from God, just like MOSES did and be rejected at his First Coming and accepted at his Second Coming.”
Interesting parallel I admit I have never thought of before.
“BEIT NEHEMIA, Israel — Imagine an intuitively trained special missions operative endowed with 360-degree vision who works alone or in packs to breach high-risk safe houses and bunkers, ready to shoot to kill within a second of an officer’s command.”
This thing will be great for clearing tunnels!
“Religious freedom has come under “serious and sustained assault” across the globe in the past year, according to an annual report released today. The US Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) today released its 2016 report, and found that religious liberty has deteriorated around the world, with abuses committed by both state and non-state actors. A number of countries are “plagued by extremism and religious freedom violations,” the report said.”
Ironically, the US also persecutes Christians (too a lessor extent) then ISIS but the day has come and past where a Christian no longer have the right to refuse to participate in another persons sin. The US criticizes ISIS but they are heading down the same road.
Prime Minister Valls calls combating spread of jihadist ideology ‘the big challenge of our generation’
De-radicalization centers. Cause that worked so well in Saudi Arabia.
