Inner Ring (Countries or terror groups that border Israel)
“Islamists clash with security forces, barricade themselves in Al Aqsa Mosque.”
Muslims do not even respect their own holy sites. No wonder they do not respect the holy sites of other religions.
“Hamas is preparing a surprise assault by 100 terrorists into Israel, says IDF source.”
“Last week Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas told the European Union Parliament that rabbis were instructing Jews to poison Palestinian water supplies. Abbas now admits what any reasonable person already knew – that he lied.”
“Watch: Leader of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations speaks about BDS, anti-Semitism and the UN.”
Outer Ring (countries or terror groups that are close to but not bordering Israel)
“At least four suicide bombers crossed the border from Syria into Lebanon on Monday morning and blew themselves up in the Christian town of Qaa. At least nine people were killed and 15 others, including a number of Lebanese soldiers, were wounded. Reports said the four explosions took place in 10-minute intervals.”
“Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu related for the first time to the reconciliation agreement with Turkey. At the end of a meeting with US Secretary of State John Kerry, Netanyahu stated: “This is an important step towards the normalization of relations between the two countries.”
This agreement is just for show and both leaders know it. Nothing has really changed. This is temporary at best. Russia and Turkey have bad relations now and because of Erdogan Turkey does not have many friends so they have to be civil to Israel for a while. Make no mistake though Erdogan hates Israel. By the way, what happen to the Israeli demand that Turkey kick out Hamas leadership in Turkey? Opps….did I say that out loud?
“The leader of Lebanon’s militant Hezbollah movement said Friday that the group would send more fighters to Syria to support the Damascus government.”
“Q. Re: Hebrews 9:27: “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.”
This verse makes me think that it will be Enoch in the tribulation, not Moses. If these witnesses die in the tribulation like the Bible says then Moses would have died twice and Enoch not at all. If it is Enoch then everyone that has ever lived would have died once. what do you think?
A. In my study titled “The Two Witnesses of Revelation” I show how the ministries of the two witnesses and the miracles they perform are reminiscent of Moses and Elijah.
I also explain that Hebrews 9:27 is a principle not a rule. Several biblical figures have died more than once. Elijah raised a boy from the dead (1 Kings 17:22), Jesus raised several: Jairus’s daughter (Mark 5:40-42) the widow of Nain’s son (Luke 7:14-15) and Lazarus (John 11:43-44), and Paul raised a man who had fallen out of a third story window and died (Acts 20:7-12). I also believe that Paul himself was raised from the dead (Acts 14:19-20). These people all died again later. And if you believe that in Matt. 17:12 Jesus said that John the Baptist was Elijah, then Elijah died, too. I remain persuaded that the two witnesses in Revelation 11 are most likely Moses and Elijah.”
“(BIN)—Israel’s Chief Ashkenazi Rabbi David Lau joined a growing list of Israeli politicians who are calling for the Third Temple to be built on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. He suggested the Messianic vision could be realized without touching Muslim structures at the site by simply building a new structure alongside the existing Muslim buildings that stand on the site of the previous two Jewish Temples.”
“Q. I have a question about 1 Thes. 4:16-18. From this it appears that the ‘dead in Christ’ are sleeping until the Lord comes to resurrect them at the time of the Rapture and unite them with their glorified bodies. I have always heard that the souls of the ‘dead in Christ ‘ are with Him or held apart in a place of paradise awaiting the Rapture or the Second coming. 1 Thess. 4:16 seems to contradict this. It appears that they are being held in the grave.
A. From 2 Cor. 5:6-8 and Phil. 1:21-24 we know Paul believed that during the Church Age the spirits of believers who die go to be with the Lord. Therefore in 1 Thes. 4:16 he had to be talking about those spirits being given new bodies, which will happen at the time of the rapture.
Since our bodies quickly decay and turn to dust after burial, the phrase “the dead in Christ shall rise” was Paul’s way of saying that those who have died and are no longer physical entities will be given physical form again. This will be possible because they will receive a new immortal body just prior to the change of living believers from mortal to immortal. In 1 Cor. 15:51-53 Paul said all this will happen in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye.”
“In fact, Johnston says Jesus is making miraculous appearances to Muslims around the world.”
“It was uplifting to hear Pope Francis denounce the genocide of the Armenians in Turkey last week and remind the world that it must never again happen. The Vatican has several other options to meet head-on the challenge of Islamic extremism. Pope Francis could capitalize on his widespread popularity to combat Jihadi aggression by word, pen, and sword. He might also review the decisions of former pontiffs who once organized resistance against existential threats to Judeo-Christian Civilization. Several of his predecessors seized the initiative whenever a weak or divided Europe appeared incapable of defending itself.”
I doubt highly this will happen. The Pope, in fact, has already done quite the opposite by encouraging interfaithism (merging of faiths), perpetuating the falsehood that Allah and the God of Christianity are the same God (they are not), and general appeasement of Muslims including support of the Palestinian statehood (which divides the land God gave to the Jews). So a sudden change in defense of Christianity seems very unlikely.
“I believe that the church not only must say it’s sorry … to this person that is gay that it has offended,” said the pope. “But it must say it’s sorry to the poor, also, to mistreated women, to children forced to work.”
Unbelievable. Why does the Church have to apologize to a person who willfully sins against God. What exactly did the Church do to the poor, mistreated women, and children forced to work? It would make more sense to ask the people of Islam to apologize. This Pope has a corrupt mind and I urge all Christians not to follow him so blindly. He is leading many astray. This Pope thinks of politics before God. So disappointed in him. By the way, I will not apologize. Homosexuality is a sin. Leviticus 18 states clearly:
22 You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination.
Christians do not believe homosexuals deserve death like Muslims do. WE just point it out in scripture then leave it between he sinner and God. If they are offended then so be it. I prefer not to offend God. Who should really be making the apology? A person who shoots a bar full of people or a person who simply points out a Bible verse? Pretty big difference between Islam and Christianity.
“Abrams has a point. Obama has been doing this since he came into office. He has boosted Israel’s defense subsidy, as he has distanced America from Israel in both the Iran negotiations and on settlement growth in the West Bank. The lavish military aid was political cover for a foreign policy Israel’s leaders opposed.”
As bad as Obama has been perhaps this is what Israel needed at this time and what God intended all along.
“More than half of the incidents of anti-religious hate crimes in the US in 2014 were motivated by anti-Jewish bias.”
“After appearing, the police stood back and allowed the mob to continue destroying the house and setting more Christian homes and vehicles on fire.”
“The Obama-appointed U.S. attorney for Idaho has taken the highly unusual step of intervening in a local criminal case involving an alleged sexual assault by juvenile Muslim migrants and threatened the community and media with federal prosecution if they ‘spread false information or inflammatory statements about the perpetrators.’”
In what other sex assault case has the prosecutor shown such solicitude for the perpetrators? This is clear evidence that a coverup is in full swing, and that Idaho and federal authorities are deeply embarrassed about this case for what it reveals about their suicidal policies regarding Muslim migrants”
Again Obama operatives attempt to cover up Islamic crimes. My support for allowing in Syrian refugees is waning especially when migrants cannot control themselves or assimilate into Western society. Also, Western governments seem incapable and unwilling to protect their own people from the horrors of Islam. We still need to trust God but we should not be foolish and trust government either.
