Inner Ring (Countries or terror groups that border Israel)
“Deputy head of the Palestinian National Council says the PA should attack Israel instead of negotiating with it.”
Further proof the Palestinians don’t really want peace.
“Twenty-three-year-old Rotem Aharoni from Had Nes was driving to work when an Arab man in a grey kaftan threw a large rock at her car. Rotem slammed on the breaks and the car struck a safety rail. The Arab then ran towards her, opened the door and tried to force her out of the vehicle, all the while yelling in Arabic. Rotem fought back and pushed him away. Afterwards, the man ran to another vehicle that had arrived, tried to open the door, and then fled.”
“ISIS is reportedly already moving chemical weapons into Syria and Iraq, causing concerns for Israel.”
“The Education Minister expressed his objection to releasing Hamas prisoners in exchange for the bodies of IDF soldiers Hadar Goldin and Oron Sha’ul.”
I see the logic in this from an Israeli perspective. The Israelis value life. Problem is Hamas could care less. They don’t value life and they expect lopsided exchanges in their favor because in the past Israel as caved to such an exchange. The bar has already been set. This idea would likely back fire. Good to see Bennett is at least proposing new ideas. I think he is the only one that does.
“In spectacular footage of a joint training exercise conducted by Shayetet 3, the Israeli Navy unit in charge of missile boats, the Israeli Air Force and the GOC Army Headquarters, advanced missiles are seen launched from long range and precisely hitting their target in the middle of the sea.”
Iran should take note.
Outer Ring (countries or terror groups that are close to but not bordering Israel)
“Tehran believed to have made at least nine ‘clandestine’ attempts to acquire materiel that could be used for nuclear arms development.”
“Q. Hi Jack. Thanks again for this wonderful opportunity to ask Bible-based questions!
I have a question about Earth and its standing after Jesus comes. One television preacher says Earth will never pass away. Yet, I remember a verse that says something like, “Heaven and Earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.” Can you clarify that for me? Thanks!
A. The passage you’re quoting is from Matt. 24:35.
Rev. 21:1, echoing Isaiah 65:17, speaks of a new Heaven and a new Earth. Some believe this means that the current Heaven and Earth will be made fresh, or put into a like new condition, rather than be completely replaced.
2 Peter 3:10 explains that the current Heaven and Earth will be consumed by fire. I heard one scholar say that God would convert all matter into energy and then back into matter at the snap of a finger to accomplish this. But regardless of how He does this, the words of Jesus still stand. Heaven and Earth, as we know them, will cease to exist.”
- “The reforms are unlikely to end Germany’s migrant rape epidemic.
- When it comes to immigration, political correctness often overrides the rule of law in Germany, where many migrants who commit sexual crimes are never brought to justice, and those who do stand trial receive lenient sentences from sympathetic judges.
- “Every police officer knows he has to meet a particular political expectation. It is better to keep quiet [about migrant crime] to avoid problems.” — Rainer Wendt, head of the German police union.
- “It is unacceptable that asylum seekers are trampling on our society at the same time that they are here seeking our protection.” — Prosecutor Bastian Blaut.”
I still believe mercy should be shown to refugees who desire to integrate and live peacefully by respecting the laws of the host nation. But the moment they break the law or seek to change Western society by adding Sharia law then they should be deported. Mercy should be given to those that are worthy of it. Ungrateful migrants who seek to impose their culture on the Western host nations are not worthy of mercy but justice.
“Vatican-owned saunas and massage parlours in Rome are acting as brothels where priests pay for sex, according to leaked reports.”
“This isn’t the first time this sort of thing has been reported, apparently two years ago it emerged that the Vatican owned a R352 million share in an Italian apartment block – that housed Europe’s biggest gay sauna.”
This actually is not all that surprising but very sad and quite pathetic. Many people look to the Vatican for godly Christian leadership. But all they find is corruption. The Pope routinely berates nations for their political policies. Perhaps he needs to be reminded of Matthew 7.
2 For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. 3 And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? 4 Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye’; and look, a plank is in your own eye?
There have long been rumors of a influential ‘gay lobby’ group of priests in the Vatican. Look away from the Vatican for leadership. It is corrupted. Look to the Bible and pray for good teachers in your life.
